Avon Township Assessor is a hypocrite. Last year when he ran for office, he and a few others he was running with labeled an opponent a “tax cheat”. I don’t believe the label was ever substantiated and was likely a tactic to malign someone else to take away votes.
Did you know that while the Avon Township Assessor was bad mouthing another candidate, he himself had hired a genuine tax cheat?
Below you will see the employee’s property has been turned over to a Assets LLC for non payment of taxes. Best I can see the employee still has not paid taxes that were due on June 6th. The home is in the name of the spouse, regardless it would be considered “communal”
Doesn’t someone who works in a Assessor’s office have access to property information? What kind of message do you send when you employ someone who is responsible even tangibly for property taxes when they themselves are delinquents and tax cheats.
I think you will agree, hypocrisy is alive and well in the Avon Township Assessor’s Office.
