Meet NY Times Bestselling Author Ellen Hopkins April 12th

The Round Lake Area Public Library is pleased to welcome New York Times Bestselling Author Ellen Hopkins to the Cultural & Civic Center of Round Lake Beach on Friday, April 12, 2013. The FREE author event will be from 7:00-9:00 p.m. Doors will open at 6:00 p.m . The venue is located at 2007 Civic Center Way, Round Lake Beach, IL. Ellen is the author of the acclaimed Crank series, and will be presenting her new book Tilt (Margaret McElderry).

Free tickets will be available beginning Monday, March 18. You can pick up your tickets at the Village of Round Lake Beach Cultural & Civic Center Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. or between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Center is located at 2007 Civic Center Way in Round Lake Beach. Venue directions: www.rlbciviccenter.org. Tickets will also be available at the Round Lake Area Public Library in the Adult Services Department. Tickets are for general admission seating only. Admittance to the event requires a ticket. Appropriate for Teens, Young Adults, Adults.

Hopkins will be available for book signings immediately following her presentation. Some of her books will be for sale in the Gathering Room of the Center.
