Round Lake Beach Celebrates Jalisco, Mexico

Live Mariachi and more! Monday Aug. 26

This public event is presented by FEDEJAL of Midwest Illinois, a not-for-profit organization that promotes the arts and culture of Jalisco, Mexico.  This is the fourth year that they are bringing this free admission event to the Round Lake Area and always provide the library with promotional materials for the patrons and staff (but always with short notice, as word of mouth is powerful).  This is a great event that leads into Hispanic Heritage Month.

The Jalisco 7N7 Tour (Seven Cities in Seven Days) invites you to celebrate the culture of Jalisco, Mexico.  This event will include an Artisan’s Craft Fair and performing live will be direct from Mexico — Mariachi Mexico Vive, Folkloric Ballet Poctli Yancuic, the musical performance of Paco Padillo and more!

 FREE ADMISSION – Everyone Welcome!
