Lawyer for American arrested in Russia says hes holding himself with dignity

The lawyer of an American man arrested in Russia for alleged spying said his client is in good spirits and intends to contest the charges against him.

The lawyer, Vladimir Zherebenkov, told ABC News on Thursday that he had seen Paul Whelan in Moscow’s Lefortovo prison, where the former Marine has been held since he was arrested on espionage charges last week.
